The Chippewa Valley Big Reds basketball team scored 62 points and held the visiting L'Anse Creuse North Crusaders to 48 in the Big Reds non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Big Reds now sport a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Roseville for a non-league contest on Friday, January 12.

The Crusaders (5-2) will now prepare for their contest against Dakota (Macomb, MI). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 2-0 record.
