Folsom Bulldogs (Folsom, CA) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Del Oro Golden Eagles (Loomis, CA), 63-51 in a league bout.

With the victory, Folsom upgrades its record to 15-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Rocklin (Rocklin, CA) to play the Thunder in a bout on Thursday, January 11. The Thunder come into the bout with a record of 7-6. Rocklin lost 66-49 in their recent league bout against Oak Ridge (El Dorado Hills, CA)

Next up, the Golden Eagles play the Whitney Wildcats (Rocklin, CA) in a bout, on Thursday, January 11. Del Oro will attempt to upgrade on its 11-6 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 21-0 record after their 85-31 league win over Granite Bay (Granite Bay, CA).
