American History Bald Eagles (Newark, NJ) supporters were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Dickinson Rams (Jersey City, NJ), 43-37 in a non-league challenge.

With the victory, American History improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Bald Eagles travel to Newark Vocational (Newark, NJ) to confront the Eagles in a Freelance challenge on Thursday, January 11. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 0-3.

Next up, the Rams confront the McNair Academic Cougars (Jersey City, NJ) in a Hudson County - National challenge, on Thursday, January 11. Dickinson will attempt to improve on its 3-7 season record.
