Berkshire Badgers (Burton, OH) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Kirtland Hornets (Kirtland, OH), 43-27 in a league bout.
With the win, Berkshire upgrades its record to 5-7 on the season. The Badgers host Pymatuning Valley (Andover, OH) to clash with the Lakers in a non-league bout on Saturday, January 13. The Lakers go into the bout with a record of 7-3. Pymatuning Valley won 59-26 in their recent non-league bout against Windham (Windham, OH)
Next up, the Hornets clash with the Independence Blue Devils (Independence, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 13. Kirtland will attempt to upgrade on its 5-5 season record. The Blue Devils go into the bout with a 5-7 record after their 64-20 league win over Brooklyn (Brooklyn, OH).
