California High School Basketball - Culver City topped by Peninsula

The Peninsula Panthers basketball team scored 44 points and restricted the visiting Culver City Centaurs to 34 in the Panthers league victory on Wednesday.
The Panthers now sport a 11-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Redondo Union for a Bay contest on Friday, January 12. Peninsula will battle a Sea Hawks team coming off a 72-25 league win over Santa Monica (Santa Monica, CA). The Sea Hawks record now stands at 14-4.
The Centaurs (10-10) will now prepare for their contest against Palos Verdes (Palos Verdes Estates, CA). The Sea Kings come into the Bay contest with a 15-2 record. In their last contest, Palos Verdes prevailed over Santa Monica (Santa Monica, CA), 52-36, in a league contest.
