In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Wachusett Regional Mountaineers (Holden, MA) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Franklin Panthers (Franklin, MA), by a margin of 59-34.

The Mountaineers (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against Algonquin Regional (Northborough, MA). The Titans go into the Midland-Wachusett A outing with a 0-0 record.

The Panthers now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they travel to North Attleborough for a Hockomock outing on Thursday, January 11.
