California High School Basketball - Madera South knocked off by Hoover

The Hoover Patriots basketball team scored 48 points and held the host Madera South Stallions to 31 in the Patriots league triumph on Wednesday.
The Patriots now sport a 6-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Torres for a North Yosemite contest on Friday, January 12. Hoover will battle a Toros team coming off a 37-23 league loss to Fresno (Fresno, CA). The Toros record now stands at 11-6.
The Stallions (7-10) will now prepare for their contest against Roosevelt (Fresno, CA). The Rough Riders enter the North Yosemite contest with a 8-7 record. In their last contest, Roosevelt ran past Sanger West (Fresno, CA), 69-31, in a league contest.
