New York High School Basketball - Young Women's Leadership can't hold off South Bronx

The South Bronx Phoenix basketball team scored 52 points and restricted the host Young Women's Leadership to 46 in the Phoenix league victory on Wednesday.
The Phoenix now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Riverdale/Kingsbridge Academy for a PSAL AA Bronx contest on Friday, January 12.
The (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Mott Haven (Bronx, NY). The Mavericks come into the PSAL AA Bronx contest with a 9-0 record. In their last contest, Mott Haven edged Morris (Bronx, NY), 56-23, in a league contest.
