Whitney Wildcats (Rocklin, CA) fans were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Del Oro Golden Eagles (Loomis, CA), 1-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Wildcats confront the Folsom Bulldogs (Folsom, CA) in a challenge, on Friday, January 12. Whitney will attempt to better on its 6-3 season record.
The Golden Eagles now have a 2-2 record. They take the field next when they host Oak Ridge for a challenge on Friday, January 12. Del Oro will confront a Trojans team coming off a 2-0 league win over Granite Bay (Granite Bay, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 2-4.
