Connecticut High School Ice Hockey - New Milford knocks off Masuk

January 10, 2024: New Milford, CT 06776

The New Milford Green Wave ice hockey squad scored 8 points and restricted the visiting Masuk Panthers to 2 in the Green Wave league victory on Wednesday.

With the victory, New Milford moves its record to 5-3 on the campaign. The Green Wave travel to E.O. Smith/Tolland (Storrs, CT) to face the Bucks in a non-league contest on Friday, January 12. The Bucks go into the contest with a record of 1-0. E.O. Smith/Tolland won 4-2 in their recent league contest against Newington Co-op (Newington, CT)

The Panthers now sport a 1-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lyman Hall for a non-league contest on Saturday, January 13. Masuk will face a Trojans squad coming off a 7-4 league win over Hand (Madison, CT). The Trojans record now stands at 6-2.
