The North Pitt Panthers topped the visiting Ayden - Grifton Chargers basketball team by a final score of 59-50 in Wednesday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Panthers face the Washington Pam Pack (Washington, NC) in a non-league game, on Friday, January 12. North Pitt will attempt to move on its 7-3 season record. The Pam Pack enter the game with a 7-2 record after their 86-62 non-league loss to Farmville Central (Farmville, NC).
With the defeat, Ayden - Grifton moves to 5-6 on the year. The Chargers travel to SouthWest Edgecombe (Pinetops, NC) to battle the Cougars in a non-league battle on Thursday, January 11.
