Banning Broncos (Banning, CA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Cathedral City Lions (Cathedral City, CA), 55-23 in a league bout.

With the win, Banning upgrades its record to 3-5 on the season. The Broncos travel to Desert Hot Springs (Desert Hot Springs, CA) to play the Golden Eagles in a bout on Wednesday, January 17. The Golden Eagles go into the bout with a record of 6-9.

Next up, the Lions play the Coachella Valley Mighty Arabs (Thermal, CA) in a bout, on Friday, January 12. Cathedral City will attempt to upgrade on its 1-4 season record.
