In Wednesday's non-league match, the host Emery Spartans basketball team scored a good 42-33 triumph over the Canyon View Falcons.
In their next game, the Spartans meet the Carbon Dinos (Price, UT) in a non-league match, on Friday, January 12. Emery will attempt to better on its 11-3 season record. The Dinos enter the match with a 7-6 record after their 68-53 league loss to Manti (Manti, UT).
