With the win, Fleming upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Colonels host Franklin County (Rocky Mount, VA) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Friday, January 12. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 7-2. Franklin County won 49-36 in their recent non-league bout against Halifax County (South Boston, VA)

Next up, the Patriots clash with the Blacksburg Bruins (Blacksburg, VA) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 16. Patrick Henry will attempt to upgrade on its 3-6 season record. The Bruins go into the bout with a 11-3 record after their 65-17 non-league win over Christiansburg (Christiansburg, VA).
