The Turner Ashby Knights basketball team scored 57 points and held the visiting Rockbridge County Wildcats to 39 in the Knights non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Knights now sport a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Spotswood for a non-league contest on Friday, January 12. Turner Ashby will meet a Trailblazers team coming off a 45-43 non-league win over Handley (Winchester, VA). The Trailblazers record now stands at 10-1.

The Wildcats (0-13) will now prepare for their contest against William Monroe (Stanardsville, VA). The Dragons enter the non-league contest with a 1-7 record. In their last contest, William Monroe was outscored by Harrisonburg (Harrisonburg, VA), 49-19, in a non-league contest.
