In Friday's league contest, the host Green Run Stallions basketball team scored a good 61-42 triumph over the Bayside Marlins.
The Stallions (9-1) will now prepare for their contest against First Colonial (Virginia Beach, VA). The Patriots go into the Beach contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, First Colonial was toppled by Kempsville (Virginia Beach, VA), 84-74, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Marlins confront the Kellam Knights (Virginia Beach, VA) in a Beach contest, on Tuesday, January 14. Bayside will attempt to better on its 3-8 season record. The Knights go into the contest with a 10-1 record after their 66-58 league loss to Princess Anne (Virginia Beach, VA).
