The Bethesda-Chevy Chase Barons (Bethesda, MD) basketball were winner over the visiting Churchill Bulldogs (Potomac, MD), 58-39 in Friday's league bout.
The Barons now possess a 6-3 record. They play next when they travel to Whitman for a Montgomery County - Central bout on Tuesday, January 14. Bethesda-Chevy Chase will play a Vikings team coming off a 80-52 league win over Wootton (Rockville, MD). The Vikings record now stands at 7-2.
With the loss, Churchill falls to 4-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Walter Johnson (Bethesda, MD) to play the Wildcats in a Montgomery County - Central bout on Tuesday, January 14. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 1-8. Walter Johnson won 67-49 in their recent non-league bout against Northwood (Silver Spring, MD)
