The Crescent Valley Raiders basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting McKay Royal Scots to 56 in the Raiders league triumph on Friday.

The Raiders now have a 7-2 record. They play next when they host Philomath for a non-league game on Friday, January 10. Crescent Valley will confront a Warriors team coming off a 61-47 non-league win over Astoria (Astoria, OR). The Warriors record now stands at 5-7.

With the loss, McKay falls to 4-5 on the campaign. The Royal scots host South Albany (Albany, OR) to confront the Redhawks in a 5A Mid-Willamette game on Tuesday, January 14. The Redhawks go into the game with a record of 6-3. South Albany won 56-55 in their recent league game against West Albany (Albany, OR)
