Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Harmony Area knocked off by Curwensville

In Friday's non-league test, the Curwensville Golden Tide (Curwensville, PA) basketball squad knocked off the host Harmony Area Owls (Westover, PA), by a score of 60-45.

Next, the Golden Tide encounter the Williamsburg Blue Pirates (Williamsburg, PA) in a Inter County - North test, on Monday, January 13. Curwensville will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record. The Blue Pirates come into the test with a 8-4 record after their 85-75 league win over Juniata Valley (Alexandria, PA).

The Owls (1-9) will now prepare for their test against Glendale (Flinton, PA). The Vikings come into the Moshannon Valley test with a 3-8 record. In their last test, Glendale was knocked off by West Branch (Morrisdale, PA), 63-39, in a league test.
