Vermont High School Basketball - Danville overwhelms Oxbow

The Danville Bears basketball team scored 77 points and limited the visiting Oxbow Olympians to 49 in the Bears non-league triumph on Friday.
The Bears now possess a 8-3 record. They play next when they travel to Blue Mountain for a non-league game on Wednesday, January 15. Danville will confront a Bucks team coming off a 71-45 league loss to Twinfield (Plainfield, VT). The Bucks record now stands at 3-4.
With the loss, Oxbow falls to 3-7 on the campaign. The Olympians travel to Hazen (Hardwick, VT) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league game on Monday, January 13. The Wildcats go into the game with a record of 6-1. Hazen lost 49-39 in their recent non-league game against Thetford Academy (Thetford, VT)
