California High School Basketball - Waterford can't hold off Delhi

The Delhi Hawks nipped the visiting Waterford Wildcats basketball squad by a final score of 53-47 in Friday's league outing.
Next, the Hawks face the Stone Ridge Christian Knights (Merced, CA) in a Southern League outing, on Wednesday, January 15. Delhi will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Knights enter the outing with a 7-9 record after their 91-51 league win over Mariposa County (Mariposa, CA).
The Wildcats (7-11) will now prepare for their outing against Big Valley Christian (Modesto, CA). The Lions enter the non-league outing with a 10-4 record. In their last outing, Big Valley Christian was nipped by Linden (Linden, CA), 67-60, in a league outing.
