The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Santiam Wolverines (Mill City, OR) and the visiting Delphian Dragons (Sheridan, OR), observed Santiam's basketball team overwhelm Delphian by a score of 74-42.

The Wolverines (8-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Colton (Colton, OR). The Vikings come into the 2A Tri-River challenge with a 5-8 record. In their last challenge, Colton was routed by Western Christian (Salem, OR), 77-26, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Dragons encounter the Salem Academy Crusaders (Salem, OR) in a 2A Tri-River challenge, on Monday, January 13. Delphian will attempt to improve on its 2-3 season record. The Crusaders come into the challenge with a 8-3 record after their 76-36 league win over Gervais (Gervais, OR).
