The Golden Rams (2-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Valley (New Kensington, PA). The Vikings come into the WPIAL 4A 1 challenge with a 3-6 record. In their last challenge, Valley was tipped by Burrell (Lower Burrell, PA), 61-41, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Yellowjackets encounter the Knoch Knights (Saxonburg, PA) in a WPIAL 4A 1 challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Freeport will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record. The Knights come into the challenge with a 9-4 record after their 61-56 league win over North Catholic (Cranberry Township, PA).
