In Friday's non-league contest, the host Greenville Trojans basketball team scored a big 61-35 triumph over the Wilmington Greyhounds.
The Trojans (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Lakeview (Stoneboro, PA). The Sailors go into the non-league contest with a 7-5 record. In their last contest, Lakeview smashed Sharpsville (Sharpsville, PA), 54-30, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Greyhounds battle the Maplewood Tigers (Guys Mills, PA) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 11. Wilmington will attempt to better on its 4-4 season record. The Tigers go into the contest with a 3-5 record after their 56-37 league win over Jamestown (Jamestown, PA).
