Utah High School Basketball - Herriman thwarts Mountain Ridge

January 10, 2025: Herriman, UT 84096

The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Herriman Mustangs (West Herriman, UT) and the host Mountain Ridge Sentinels (Herriman, UT), observed Herriman's basketball team knock off Mountain Ridge by a score of 60-47.

The Mustangs (13-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Bingham (South Jordan, UT). The Miners come into the 6A Region 2 challenge with a 11-3 record. In their last challenge, Bingham prevailed over Riverton (Riverton, UT), 78-72, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Sentinels battle the Corner Canyon Chargers (Draper, UT) in a 6A Region 2 challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Mountain Ridge will attempt to improve on its 7-6 season record. The Chargers come into the challenge with a 9-5 record after their 74-65 league win over Copper Hills (West Jordan, UT).
