The Knights (8-6) will now prepare for their challenge against Heppner (Heppner, OR). The Mustangs come into the 2A Blue Mountain challenge with a 9-6 record. In their last challenge, Heppner prevailed over Irrigon (Irrigon, OR), 62-61, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the TigerScots encounter the Grant Union Prospectors (John Day, OR) in a 2A Blue Mountain challenge, on Saturday, January 11. Weston-McEwen will attempt to improve on its 9-7 season record. The Prospectors come into the challenge with a 7-4 record after their 64-41 non-league loss to Union (Union, OR).
