Michigan High School Basketball - Negaunee holds off Ishpeming

The Negaunee Miners basketball team scored 60 points and limited the host Ishpeming Hematites to 57 in the Miners league triumph on Friday.
The Miners now possess a 8-3 record. They play next when they host Westwood for a non-league game on Friday, January 17.
With the loss, Ishpeming falls to 5-5 on the campaign. The Hematites travel to Gwinn (Gwinn, MI) to confront the Modeltowners in a Mid-Peninsula game on Thursday, January 16. The Modeltowners go into the game with a record of 2-7.
