The Manistee Chippewas basketball team scored 51 points and limited the visiting Montague Wildcats to 44 in the Chippewas league triumph on Friday.
The Chippewas now have a 4-7 record. They play next when they travel to Frankfort for a non-league game on Wednesday, January 15.
With the loss, Montague falls to 2-8 on the campaign. The Wildcats host Ravenna (Ravenna, MI) to confront the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Wednesday, January 15. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 5-5. Ravenna won 56-55 in their recent non-league game against Morley Stanwood (Morley, MI)
