In Friday's non-league test, the Tunkhannock Tigers (Tunkhannock, PA) basketball squad trounced the visiting MMI Preparatory School (Freeland, PA), by a score of 49-19.
Next, the Tigers encounter the Lake-Lehman Knights (Lehman, PA) in a non-league test, on Tuesday, January 14. Tunkhannock will attempt to improve on its 5-9 season record. The Knights come into the test with a 4-8 record after their 57-34 league loss to Berwick (Berwick, PA).
The (1-10) will now prepare for their test against Our Lady of Lourdes Regional (Coal Township, PA). The Red Raiders come into the non-league test with a 3-8 record. In their last test, Our Lady of Lourdes Regional was routed by Nativity BVM (Pottsville, PA), 66-53, in a league test.
