The Obama Academy of International Studies Eagles basketball team scored 53 points and limited the host Westinghouse Bulldogs to 30 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now have a 3-5 record. They play next when they host Taylor Allderdice for a Pittsburgh City game on Tuesday, January 14. Obama Academy of International Studies will confront a Dragons team coming off a 77-56 non-league loss to McDowell (Erie, PA). The Dragons record now stands at 5-8.

With the loss, Westinghouse falls to 1-5 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Brashear (Pittsburgh, PA) to confront the Bulls in a Pittsburgh City game on Tuesday, January 14. The Bulls go into the game with a record of 4-10. Brashear won 50-48 in their recent league game against Perry Traditional Academy (Pittsburgh, PA)
