In Friday's league test, the Pine Bluffs Hornets (Pine Bluffs, WY) basketball squad defeated the host Sundance Bulldogs (Sundance, WY), by a score of 68-57.
Next, the Hornets clash with the Wright Panthers (Wright, WY) in a 2A East test, on Saturday, January 11. Pine Bluffs will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 6-2 record after their 64-62 non-league win over Wyoming Indian (Ethete, WY).
The Bulldogs (7-3) will now prepare for their test against Hot Springs County (Thermopolis, WY). The Bobcats enter the non-league match with a 3-1 record. In their last match, Hot Springs County was dropped by Rock Springs (Rock Springs, WY), 59-53, in a non-league match.
