In Friday's league contest, the host Casa Roble Rams basketball team scored a close 63-57 win over the Rio Linda Knights.
The Rams (9-4) will now prepare for their contest against Woodland (Woodland, CA). The Wolves come into the contest with a 7-2 record. In their last contest, Woodland edged Sutter (Sutter, CA), 57-47, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Knights battle the El Camino Eagles (Sacramento, CA) in a contest, on Tuesday, January 14. Rio Linda will attempt to better on its 2-6 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 4-10 record after their 59-28 non-league win over Mesa Verde (Citrus Heights, CA).
