Ohio High School Basketball - Normandy holds off Rocky River

In Friday's non-league contest, the host Normandy Invaders basketball team scored a close 42-39 triumph over the Rocky River Pirates.
The Invaders (6-1) will now prepare for their contest against Bay (Bay Village, OH). The Rockets go into the non-league contest with a 0-3 record.
In their next game, the Pirates confront the North Olmsted Eagles (North Olmsted, OH) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 11. Rocky River will attempt to better on its 2-3 season record. The Eagles go into the contest with a 0-2 record after their 59-7 non-league loss to Normandy (Parma, OH).
