In Friday's non-league contest, the host Big Piney Punchers basketball team scored a good 49-40 triumph over the Farson-Eden Pronghorns.
The Punchers (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Rich (Randolph, UT). The Rebels go into the non-league contest with a 8-1 record. In their last contest, Rich topped Tintic (Eureka, UT), 52-23, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Pronghorns confront the Rich Rebels (Randolph, UT) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, January 11. Farson-Eden will attempt to better on its 1-7 season record. The Rebels go into the contest with a 9-1 record after their 43-36 non-league win over Kemmerer (Kemmerer, WY).
