In Friday's league contest, the visiting Gilbert Tigers basketball team scored a big 74-52 triumph over the Bondurant-Farrar Bluejays.
The Tigers (6-3) will now prepare for their contest against Carroll (Carroll, IA). The Tigers go into the Raccoon River contest with a 7-3 record. In their last contest, Carroll was trounced by North Polk (Alleman, IA), 56-35, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Bluejays battle the Roosevelt Roughriders (Des Moines, IA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 16. Bondurant-Farrar will attempt to better on its 3-7 season record.
