In Friday's league test, the Franklin Tornadoes (Franklin, NH) basketball squad trounced the host Pittsfield Panthers (Pittsfield, NH), by a score of 60-25.
Next, the Tornadoes encounter the Wilton-Lyndeborough Warriors (Wilton, NH) in a Division IV test, on Monday, January 13. Franklin will attempt to improve on its 6-2 season record.
The Panthers (2-6) will now prepare for their test against Mount Royal Academy (Sunapee, NH). The Knights come into the Division IV test with a 3-4 record. In their last test, Mount Royal Academy was routed by Portsmouth Christian Academy (Dover, NH), 53-35, in a non-league test.
