Nevada High School Basketball - Pershing County triumphant over Incline

The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Pershing County Mustangs (Lovelock, NV) and the visiting Incline Highlanders (Incline Village, NV), observed Pershing County's basketball team overwhelm Incline by a margin of 55-17.

The Mustangs (11-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Silver Stage (Silver Springs, NV). The Nighthawks come into the 2A Northern challenge with a 2-8 record. In their last challenge, Silver Stage was trounced by Incline (Incline Village, NV), 42-35, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Highlanders battle the Coral Academy of Science - Reno Falcons (Reno, NV) in a 2A Northern challenge, on Monday, January 13. Incline will attempt to better on its 4-7 season record. The Falcons come into the challenge with a 2-7 record after their 34-25 league win over Sierra Lutheran (Carson City, NV).
