The Utopia Buffaloes basketball squad (Utopia, TX), was crushed 51-29 in Friday's league battle with the host Medina Bobcats (Medina, TX)

With the victory, Medina advances its record to 14-10 on the year. The Bobcats host Comstock (Comstock, TX) to meet the Panthers in a 1A Region IV District 31 battle on Tuesday, January 14. The Panthers enter the battle with a record of 0-7.
