The Mount Union Trojans basketball team scored 54 points and limited the host West Branch Warriors to 32 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Friday.
The Trojans now possess a 3-7 record. They play next when they host Claysburg-Kimmel for a Inter County - East game on Tuesday, January 14. Mount Union will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 53-21 non-league loss to Everett (Everett, PA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-7.
With the loss, West Branch falls to 0-10 on the campaign. The Warriors host Blacklick Valley (Nanty Glo, PA) to confront the Vikings in a non-league game on Monday, January 13. The Vikings go into the game with a record of 10-1. Blacklick Valley won 63-28 in their recent non-league game against North Star (Boswell, PA)
