The Knights now possess a 8-2 record. They play next when they host Osage for a North Iowa bout on Tuesday, January 14. Newman Catholic will play a Green Devils team coming off a 40-37 non-league loss to Riceville (Riceville, IA). The Green Devils record now stands at 4-6.

With the loss, St. Ansgar falls to 7-3 on the campaign. The Saints travel to Central Springs (Manly, IA) to play the Panthers in a Corn Bowl bout on Tuesday, January 14. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 5-4. Central Springs won 36-23 in their recent league bout against Nashua-Plainfield (Nashua, IA)
