The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Ramapo Raiders (Franklin Lakes, NJ) and the visiting Paramus Spartans (Paramus, NJ), observed Ramapo's basketball team knock off Paramus by a score of 64-48.
The Raiders (7-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Ridgewood (Ridgewood, NJ). The Maroons come into the non-league challenge with a 4-3 record.
In their next game, the Spartans encounter the Hackensack Comets (Hackensack, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Paramus will attempt to improve on its 2-5 season record.
