The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Pullman Greyhounds (Pullman, WA) and the visiting West Valley Eagles (Spokane, WA), observed Pullman's basketball team overcome West Valley by a margin of 50-36.

The Greyhounds (6-5) will now prepare for their challenge against North Central (Spokane, WA). The Wolfpack come into the 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane challenge with a 2-10 record. In their last challenge, North Central dropped by Clarkston (Clarkston, WA), 80-31, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Freeman Scotties (Rockford, WA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. West Valley will attempt to better on its 6-5 season record. The Scotties come into the challenge with a 8-3 record after their 71-32 league win over Asotin (Asotin, WA).
