North Dakota High School Basketball - Red River holds off Sheyenne

The Red River Roughriders basketball team scored 52 points and limited the visiting Sheyenne Mustangs to 46 in the Roughriders league triumph on Friday.
The Roughriders now have a 6-5 record. They play next when they travel to West Fargo for a AA East game on Tuesday, January 14. Red River will confront a Packers team coming off a 63-51 league loss to Grand Forks Central (Grand Forks, ND). The Packers record now stands at 0-8.
With the loss, Sheyenne falls to 2-6 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Shanley (Fargo, ND) to confront the Deacons in a AA East game on Tuesday, January 14. The Deacons go into the game with a record of 4-6. Shanley lost 74-69 in their recent league game against Horace (Horace, ND)
