Nebraska High School Basketball - Superior knocked off by Thayer Central

In Friday's league test, the Thayer Central Titans (Hebron, NE) basketball squad knocked off the host Superior Wildcats (Superior, NE), by a score of 43-32.

Next, the Titans encounter the Deshler Dragons (Deshler, NE) in a non-league test, on Saturday, January 11. Thayer Central will attempt to improve on its 6-2 season record. The Dragons come into the test with a 4-5 record after their 50-32 non-league loss to Shelton (Shelton, NE).

The Wildcats (8-2) will now prepare for their test against Fillmore Central (Geneva, NE). The Panthers come into the non-league test with a 2-7 record. In their last test, Fillmore Central was knocked off by Central City (Central City, NE), 61-30, in a non-league test.
