The Rosemount Irish ice hockey team scored 5 points and held the host Farmington Tigers to 3 in the Irish non-league victory on Friday.

The Irish now own a 13-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Eagan for a South Suburban bout on Tuesday, January 14. Rosemount will play a Wildcats team coming off a 4-0 league loss to Prior Lake (Prior Lake, MN). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-12.

With the defeat, Farmington moves to 3-8 on the season. The Tigers travel to Lakeville South (Lakeville, MN) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 14. The Cougars go into the bout with a record of 5-9. Lakeville South won 8-2 in their recent non-league bout against Delano (Delano, MN)
