The Upper Arlington Golden Bears (Columbus, OH) ice hockey held off the visiting University School Preppers (Hunting Valley, OH), 4-3 in Friday's league outing.
The Golden Bears now own a 18-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Olentangy Liberty for a non-league outing on Saturday, January 11. Upper Arlington will encounter a Patriots team coming off a 4-3 non-league win over St. Charles (Columbus, OH). The Patriots record now stands at 10-8.
With the defeat, University School moves to 8-10 on the season. The Preppers travel to St. Francis de Sales (Toledo, OH) to encounter the Knights in a non-league outing on Saturday, January 11. The Knights go into the outing with a record of 19-3. St. Francis de Sales won 5-2 in their recent league outing against Olentangy Liberty (Powell, OH)
