The crowd at Friday's non-league challenge between the Norwayne Bobcats (Creston, OH) and the host Chippewa Chipps (Doylestown, OH), observed Norwayne's basketball team knock off Chippewa by a score of 46-31.
The Bobcats (8-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Hillsdale (Jeromesville, OH). The Falcons come into the non-league challenge with a 6-0 record. In their last challenge, Hillsdale prevailed over Smithville (Smithville, OH), 46-40, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Chipps encounter the Jackson Polar Bears (Massillon, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, January 13. Chippewa will attempt to improve on its 5-4 season record.
