In Friday's league contest, the host Digital Pioneers Academy Pythons basketball team scored a close 48-42 win over the KIPP DC Legacy College Prep Bulldogs.
The Pythons (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against Maret (Washington, DC). The Frogs come into the non-league contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Maret was tipped by KIPP College Prep (Washington, DC), 49-34, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the Parkside Eagles (Washington, DC) in a contest, on Wednesday, January 15. KIPP DC Legacy College Prep will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 1-4 record after their 41-8 league loss to SEED DC (Washington, DC).
