The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Palmdale Falcons (Palmdale, CA) and the host Eastside Lions (Lancaster, CA), observed Palmdale's basketball team edge Eastside by a score of 47-46.

The Falcons (9-4) will now prepare for their challenge against The Palmdale Aerospace Academy (Palmdale, CA). The Griffins come into the non-league challenge with a 8-5 record. In their last challenge, The Palmdale Aerospace Academy edged Trinity Classical Academy (Valencia, CA), 64-46, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Lions battle the Knight Hawks (Palmdale, CA) in a challenge, on Wednesday, January 15. Eastside will attempt to improve on its 8-7 season record.
