In their last challenge, Angeline Academy of Innovation defeated Academy at the Lakes (Land O' Lakes, FL), 28-23, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Lecanto Panthers (Lecanto, FL) in a challenge, on Tuesday, January 14. Springstead will attempt to improve on its 2-11 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 13-2 record after their 56-28 league win over Citrus (Inverness, FL).
